It is a beautiful and original example of Porsche's front engine convertible that seldom comes on the market. With single ownership for the past 20 years and only 46,305 miles , we hope the next lucky owner enthusiastically maintains it like the last. The most recent service was performed at an authorized Porsche dealer in AZ at approximately 45,000 miles which included routine maintenance and oil change. Belt service was performed at 42,367 miles
The engine in a naturally aspirated 3.0 liter M44/41 inline-four that develops 208 hp with power to the rear wheels via a 5 speed manual gearbox. The S2 features the Turbo-style front bumper with front fog lights as well as long range driving lights. Finished in very rare Cyclamen Red Metallic with Linen leather upholstery. Factory equipment includes: electrically operated black cabriolet top, 8-way adjustable electric seats, cruise control, Blaupunkt sound system and amplifier, electric windows and mirrors, air conditioning and Bosch ABS.
The overall condition will amaze you as it was owned and driven exclusively on the west coast and dry stored when not in use. The paint finish shows extremely well for a vehicle of this vintage and the interior shows little wear. There are no known issues mechanically.
